Why we work this way
The thing that connects a local business is its community.
Most marketing for a local business is sold by the piece: a logo here, a few posts there, an ad when things go quiet. It looks busy and changes little, because nothing connects.
A business that locals know, talk about and recommend does not need to shout. So we work on all of it at once, and keep at it for months: the page, the businesses around you, the community groups, and the storefront.
We tested it on ourselves first. One London Fest was our own festival, with no ad budget, and it filled a park with local vendors. That is the playbook we run for clients.
